Tour of Bihor – Etapový závod v Rumunsku zařazený do kategorie UCI 2.2
Šestice mužů absolvovala čtyř etapový závod v Rumunsku. Stejně jako na minulém ročníku se i letos sešla velmi dobrá konkurence v čele s předními italskými týmy. První etapa na 180 km v horkém letním počasí zaznamenala únik dne hned na prvních kilometrech závodu, kdy v šestici uprchlíků nechyběl příbramský Róbert Malik. Tato skupina se držela na čele závodu téměř 120km i přes její rozdělení v náročných stoupáních. Po dojetí pelotonem se rozhodovalo až v závěrečném spurtu, který byl od stájových kolegů velmi dobře připraven pro Martina Boubala. Nicméně vlak italských rychlíků z týmu Androni Sidermec byl silnější a tak na pásce Martinovi patřilo i tak úctyhodné 5.místo. Zvítězil Mateo Malucelli. Druhá etapa startovala v sobotu ráno a na závodníky čekalo náročné závěrečné stoupání dlouhé 15 km a končící ve výšce 1211 m.n.m. Pozice pod kopcem byla připravena především pro Martina Hebíka, ale defekt předního kola ho vyřadil z boje o přední pozice. Dlouho se nejlépe z příbramských držel mladičký Tomáš Jakoubek, kterého 3 km před cílem dostihla skupina s Martinem Boubalem. I zde vyhrál jezdec týmu Androni Sidermec, kolumbiec Sosa Cuervo. Boubal dojel na 15.místě a Jakoubek na místě 20. Na sobotní den byla na plánu ještě jedna etapa a to časovka na 2 km v centru města. Zde zvítězil rakouský dráhař Salzmann z celku WSA Pushbikers. Dvě vteřiny za pódiem zaostal Martin Boubal na 8.místě. Tomáš Jakoubek projel páskou s 16.časem a jako čtvrtý v kategorii do 23 let. Poslední etapa na 170 km se jela velmi vysokým tempem když v první hodině závodu dosahoval rychlostní průměr téměř 50 km/h. O vítězi rozhodoval spurt první asi 40 ti členné skupiny a Martin Boubal dospurtoval v bouřlivém počasí na 7.místě. O stupně vítězů náš tým však ochuzen nebyl a to zásluhou Róberta Malika a jeho celkovým 3.místem ve sprinterské soutěži. V celkové klasifikaci zvítězil dvacetiletý Sosa Cuervo. Martin Boubal dokončil na 15.místě. Celý závod si skvěle počínal i Tomáš Jakoubek, kterému patří 19.místo a 6.místo mezi jezdci do 23 let. Dále dokončili 50.Hebík, 57.Malik, 82. Modlitba a 96. Kuba.
