Junioři Dukly zářili na dráze
Juniorští cyklisté Dukly Praha jednoznačně dominovali dráhovým závodům, které se konaly na velodromu v Praze Motole v posledních týdnech roku 2023. V rámci Českého poháru v omniu stanuli svěřenci trenéra Františka Trkala na nejvyšším stupni hned pětkrát: čtyřikrát Adam Bradáč a jednou Adam Frajbiš! Bradáč navíc jednou skončil druhý, Richter dvakrát třetí a Matějek jednou druhý. V rámci dráhového podzimu jeli junioři i madison, kde kralovala dvojice Bradáč, Richter a druzí byli Frajbiš s Matějkem. Další skvělé výsledky přišly na mistrovství republiky, kde Filip Richter získal titul ve vylučovacím závodě, třetí příčku navíc v této disciplíně obsadil Šimon Matějek. A v mistrovském omniu bral Adam Bradáč stříbro. „Dráhovými závody pro nás vlastně odstartovala závodní část nové sezony a jsem opravdu rád, jak to kluci zvládli. Podařily se nám fantastické výsledky. Jsme tým, který kombinuje silnici s dráhou a dráhové závody nám posloužily i jako dobrá forma přípravy na letní sezonu. Daří se nám obě disciplíny vhodně skloubit a kluci z toho určitě budou těžit,“ řekl trenér František Trkal. K fantastickému vystoupení Dukly na dráhových závodech v listopadu a prosinci přispěli Adam Bradáč, Adam Frajbiš, Filip Richter, Šimon Matějek, Aleš Icha a Ondřej Michalovič.
