Vítězství na Českém poháru pro Marka Jelínka
Víkend ve znamení Českého poháru v Ostravě byl složen ze sobotního kritéria a nedělního silničního závodu jednotlivců. V kategorii mladších žáků obsadil třetí pozici Jaroslav Hubáček, v kadetech pravidelným bodovým ziskem vybojoval Štěpán Telecký druhé místo a v juniorech pak díky výbornému spurtu v závěru zvítězil Marek Jelínek. „Jsem strašně rád, že se mi povedl hezký výsledek“ svěřil se po závodech Marek. V nedělním silničním závodě pořadatelé přichystali hezkou trať se dvěma náročnými stoupáními v každém okruhu. Ve starších žácích se na stupně vítězů probojoval Michael Smith, když obsadil třetí místo. Kadeti absolvovali tři okruhy, což představovalo 63 kilometrů. Štěpán Telecký byl velmi aktivní a v závěrečných kilometrech se prosadil na čtvrtou příčku. Aktivita závodníků juniorské kategorie rozdělila startovní pole na dvě skupiny. V první dvanáctičlenné skupině jsme měli zastoupení dvou závodníků. V závěrečném stoupání se čelní skupina značně natáhla a do cíle dojížděli závodníci osamoceně s mírnými rozestupy. Josef Čekal se probojoval až na třetí příčku, za zmínku stojí i šesté místo Davida Kopelenta.
