KC Slavia Praha – Rok plný úspěchů a návratů
Rok 2024 přinesl našemu klubu řadu momentů, na které můžeme být právem hrdí. Celkem jsme dosáhli šesti vítězství, což je vždy tím nejcennějším, co můžeme našim podporovatelům nabídnout jako poděkování za jejich přízeň a podporu. Tato vítězství jsou odrazem tvrdé práce našich závodníků i celého týmu.
Zvláštní uznání si zaslouží dva obdivuhodné návraty do sedel po vážných zraněních. Jan Kučera se na Jizerské padesátce dokázal vrátit k závodění a dokončil na vynikajícím 68. místě ve své kategorii. Pavel Jelínek po tříleté pauze způsobené úrazem startoval na závodě L’Étape v Prachaticích, kde se umístil na skvělém 7. místě ve své kategorii. Tyto návraty jsou důkazem jejich obrovské odhodlanosti a vytrvalosti. I když samotné výsledky zde možná nebyly tím nejdůležitějším, jejich schopnost překonat překážky a vrátit se na trať je obrovským vítězstvím nejen pro ně, ale i pro celý náš klub.
Vedle těchto inspirativních příběhů se můžeme pochlubit také dalšími skvělými výsledky – třemi druhými místy a jedním třetím místem. V roce 2024 jsme se tak výrazně zapsali do povědomí cyklistické komunity nejen díky vítězstvím, ale i díky pravidelné účasti na závodech, kde jsme reprezentovali nejen náš klub, ale také partnery, kteří nám pomáhají dosahovat těchto úspěchů.
V letošním roce jsme absolvovali 42 závodů a dvě soustředění, což je důkazem naší intenzivní a důsledné přípravy. A v příštím roce plánujeme na tento úspěšný model navázat. Již v dubnu budeme pořádat Isostar Cycling Academy pod záštitou našeho klubu. V květnu se chystáme na kvalifikaci na UCI GF World Championships, a nemůžeme zapomenout na prestižní závody série L’Étape v Praze, Prachaticích a Bratislavě. K tomu se přidají závody Extraligy Masters, Road Cupu a Giant Ligy. Milovníky horských kol pak čekají závody v sériích Kolo pro život, Český pohár v MTB maratonu a ČT Author Cup.
Děkujeme vám všem, kdo jste byli letos s námi. Vaše podpora nám pomáhá překonávat výzvy a dosahovat těchto úspěchů. Těšíme se na rok 2025, kdy společně vstoupíme do 133. sezóny našeho klubu.
