Tour de Brdy vyhrál počtvrté za sebou Tomáš Kalojíros
Kenda Tour de Brdy – 4. závod Galaxy Stevens série 2018 vyhrál počtvrté za sebou Tomáš Kalojíros AC Sparta Praha před stájovým kolegou Petrem Malánem a Františkem Honsou Team Česká spořitelna. Závod na 63km s převýšením přes 1000m se rozhodoval ve stoupání na vrch Tok, kde na čele zůstalo 7 závodníků. Skupina vydržela pohromadě i na vrch Praha, kde ve sjezdu zaútočil Jan Rajchart Elkov Author team a získal až 1 minutový náskok. Stíhací skupina se k Rajchrtovi přiblížila 20 km před cílem na posledním gravel úseku. Ve sjezdu po šotolině nejdříve postihl defekt Tomáše Kalojírose a po 100 m měl defekt také Jan Kraus z Dukly Praha, poté Denis Rugovac z Favoritu. Defekt se nevyhnul ani na čele jedoucímu Rajchrtovi. Na čele zůstal Petr Malán s Josefem Hořejším oba AC Sparta Praha a František Honsa s malým odstupem. Tomáš Kalojíros po opravě defektu začal stíhací jízdu a ve stoupání na Kolvín všechny dojel a potom sólově pokračoval do cíle pro čtvrté vítězství.
Tomáš Kalojíros ještě v pátek závodil na 6ti etapovém závodu Okolo Iránu, když v 6. etapě obsadil 11. místo. V sobotu v 8. hodin celý tým přilétl do Prahy a ve 13 h již stál na startu Tour de Brdy a zvítězil.

V celkovém pořadí Galaxy Stevens série 2018 vyhrál mezi muži A už potřetí v řadě Lukáš Smola /GALAXY CYKLOŠVEC STEVENS/.

Po závodech ve Strašicích se uskutečnilo v nedalekém Kamenném Újezdě vyhlášení celkového pořadí Galaxy Stevens série 2018, po němž následovalo Rozloučení s cyklistickou sezónou v restauraci Pod jasanem za hudebního doprovodu skupin Artur, Cliché a Artur revival.
