Naučíme tě se s kolem bavit a hlavně jezdit v terénu. Pro všechny, bez ohledu na typ kola. Se správnou technikou posuneš své limity, pojedeš rychleji, bezpečněji a před prudším sjezdem nebudeš slézat z kola. Ježdění v terénu se pro tebe stane zábavou, ne strachem.
Základní
Na základním kempu se naučíte důležité základy, které většina jezdců SPRÁVNĚ neovládá. Než se vrhnete do těžkých sjezdů, bez těchto dovedností se neobejdete. Např. správné postoje, rozložení těžiště těla, brzdění, průjezd zatáčkami, rovnováha, nadzvedávání obou kol, správné načasování, technika sjezdu, výjezdu a spoustu dalšího. Kemp bude složen z teoretické a praktické části. Po prvním kurzu poznáte ve své jízdě rozdíl. Jaké kolo potřebujete?
Jakékoliv kolo s plášti do terénu. Ne silniční nebo BMX. Na velikosti kola nezáleží, důležité je aby dítě umělo jezdit bez pomoci.
Co se budou děti učit?
Budeme dbát na správné ovládání kola v terénu i mimo něj. Naučíme se základy i pokročilejší dovednosti jako např. správné zatáčení, brzdění, poradit si s překážkou, přeskočit ji, atd. Vše záleží na dovednosti dětí.
Co s sebou?
Větší svačinu nebo peníze na oběd.
Oblečení dle počasí, rukavice pokud máte, samozřejmostí je přilba, pití, případně batoh na věci.
Mějte kola v dobrém stavu, na velké opravy nebude časový prostor a akorát by nám to kazilo den. S defekty a menšími servisními zásahy si poradíme.
