Dle jeho slov je pro něj největší úspěch bronz z MČR. „Proti tak velké konkurenci jsem snad v životě nejel. Medaili jsem strašně chtěl, a ačkoliv nám rychlé tratě bez kopců nesedí, podařilo se nám se Sheldonem obhájit bronz.“ Kromě bronzu z českého mistráku si kluci ze Sunny Bike bikejöring teamu přivezli i stříbro ze slovenského šampionátu. „Těch medailí z menších závodů bylo hodně, ale nejvíc mě těší ty, kde se nám podařilo zajet světové závodníky, jako třeba bronzového medailistu z ME.“
