Bradáč 11. v etapě na Závodu míru juniorů
Tým Dukly Praha startoval na skvěle obsazeném Závodu míru juniorů a v nabité konkurenci se neztratil. O nejlepší výsledek se postaral Adam Bradáč, který obsadil jedenácté místo v páteční odpolední etapě. „Šli jsme do závodu s tím, že bychom se rádi pokusili o nějaký dílčí výsledek v etapě. Jsem realista a věděl jsem, že v celkovém pořadí asi nemůžeme myslet nějak extra vysoko. Protože se na startu sešla světová špička juniorského pelotonu včetně medailistů z mistrovství světa,“ řekl trenér František Trkal. „Bradáč dokázal být ve spurtu těsně za desítkou, což je za mě velmi dobrý výsledek, protože není úplně klasický sprinter. V první etapě dojel jednadvacátý. V těžké královské etapě přijeli Vavro a Bradáč čtyřicet vteřin za první skupinou,“ rekapituloval ZMJ trenér. V konečném pořadí skončil nejlépe Adam Bradáč na 51. a Kristián Vavro na 56. místě. Kromě nich startovali v dresu Dukly ještě Jan Faltýnek, Adam Frajbiš, Ondřej Michalovič a Šimon Matějek. „Šimon musel bohužel po pádu v sobotu odstoupit ze závodu. Byl hodně sedřený, ale naštěstí k žádnému vážnějšímu zranění nedošlo,“ prozradil trenér Trkal a děkoval i celému realizačnímu týmu za skvělou práci. „Závod míru juniorů ukázal, že si pořád drží obrovskou kvalitu. Sešlo se tam 19 národních týmů, a to pole bylo neskutečně silné. Jsem moc rád, že nás tam organizátoři pozvali, protože pro Duklu je to skvělá vizitka a pro kluky konfrontace s absolutní světovou špičkou. Hodně nám to dalo a věřím, že zkušenosti zúročíme v další části sezony,“ dodal František Trkal.
