KC Slavia Praha v říjnu
Konec sezóny a začátek přípravy na tu nadcházející. Tak by se dal stručně popsat poslední měsíc a půl v našem klubu. Začátek října byl pro nás důležitý v podobě účasti na GF UCI světovém šampionátu v Sarajevu. Zde náš klub a ČR reprezentoval Jiří Hledík, který se na šampionát kvalifikoval již v roce 2019 v Dubaji, kde ve světovém GF poháru obsadil 2. místo. Počasí v Sarajevu, bylo oproti Dubaji hodně odlišné. Při časovce 4°C a déšť, při silničním závodě dokonce –4°C a sníh. Výsledky Jirky stejně jako dalších naleznete níže. V rámci přípravy na příští sezónu si vyzkoušel pohárové závody v cyklokrosu již mezi juniory Jakub Mayer a nevedl si vůbec špatně. Ostatním již začalo přechodné období a tak většinou odpočívali. Přesto jsme poslední říjnový den podnikli tradiční narozeninovou jízdu Tour de Slavia. Letos délka trasy činila 129 km a oslavili jsme tak i 129. výročí klubu s položením věnců na hroby Jaroslava Hausmana a Františka Haupta. Poslední tečkou za sezónou 2021 byla 6. listopadu Pražská míle, kde náš klub skvěle reprezentoval Robert Štěrba. Děkujeme za podporu a budeme se těšit u dalších přehledů.
