Kadet Štěpán Telecký z Favoritu Brno obsadil v časovce 23. místo z 90 startujících na Evropském olympijském festivalu v Baku. Byl nejlepším reprezentantem České republiky. Na TOP 20 Štěpán zaostal o dvě sekundy a do TOP 10 chybělo 16 sekund.
