Okolo jižních Čech 2023
Mezinárodní cyklistický etapový závod Okolo jižních Čech se koná od 7. do 10. září 2023. Jedná se o druhý nejvýznamnější etapový závod mužů Elite v České republice. Letos proběhne desátý, jubilejní ročník. Závod je velice dobře znám a hodnocen mezi českou i evropskou cyklistickou špičkou.
Závod zavítá celkem do osmi startovních či cílových jihočeských měst, kde se již tradičně bude konat dvouhodinový kulturní program v místě startu každé etapy a stejně tak před příjezdem závodníků v cílové destinaci. Letošní skladba jednotlivých etap bude následující:
7. 9. Třeboň – Milevsko (138 km)
8. 9. České Velenice – Studená (137 km)
9. 9. Český Krumlov – Javorník (138 km)
10.9. České Budějovice – Jindřichův Hradec (168 km)
Závodníci budou bojovat o čtyři prémiové trikoty:
žlutý pro vedoucího jezdce,
zelený pro lídra sprinterské soutěže
bílý s červenými puntíky pro nejlepšího vrchaře
bílý pro nejlepšího jezdce do 23 let
Atmosféra závodu vedoucího kouzelnou jihočeskou krajinou bývá velmi podmanivá a diváci kolem tratě mohou být svědky dechberoucích soubojů závodníků v kopcích, rychlostních spurtech a cílových dojezdech. Průměrná rychlost závodníků v etapách přesahuje neuvěřitelných 40 km/h.
Trasa závodu bude jednosměrně uzavřena 15 min před příjezdem prvního závodníka. Děkujeme za respekt a dodržování pokynů organizátorů.
Závodem prošli mnozí cyklisté, kteří dnes startují v nejlepších týmech světa a účastní se těch největších závodů: Tour de France, Giro d ́Italia, Vuelta a España, atd.
Za všechny zmiňme cyklisty jako Emanuel Buchmann (Německo), Jan Polanc (Slovinsko), Florian Senechal (Francie), Ricardo Zoidl (Rakousko), Josef Černý (Česká republika) a další.
Pořadatelem závodu je Cyklistický klub RBB Invest, pod patronací města Jindřichův Hradec a Jihočeského kraje. Nezbytná je samozřejmě podpora sponzorských firem, kterých je dlouhá řada a bez kterých by se závod neobešel – všem patří za jejich přízeň velký dík!
Těšíme se na setkání kdekoliv podél tratě, nebo v některém ze zúčastněných měst!
