Návrat ze soustředění ve Španělsku

Cyklisté silničního týmu mužů Favoritu Brno se vrátili z třítýdenního kempu ve španělské Esteponě, kde našli ideální podmínky pro trénink na kolech Stevens. „Odtrénovali jsme přesně to, co jsme chtěli. Nikdo nebyl nemocen a klimatické podmínky pro trénink byly výborné. Měli jsme s sebou i dva juniory, Štěpána Teleckého a Štěpána Širokého, kteří si pobyt ve Španělsku ještě prodloužili do konce února,“ prozradil šéftrenér Favoritu František Trkal. „S přípravou do této doby jsem spokojen, teď by bylo ideální na kvalitní trénink v teple navázat. V plánu máme na začátek března soustředění a první závody v chorvatské Poreči. S organizátory  komunikujeme. Zatím tvrdí, že se závody uskuteční, ale je tam pořád nejistota a ze dne na den se vše může změnit. Takže vymýšlím i záložní varianty. Také musíme brát v potaz i finanční stránku za testy na COVID-19, jak při vstupu na území Chorvatska, tak testy na závodech a samozřejmě při návratu zpět do České republiky…

Musíme to rozseknout během příštího týdne,“ dodal šéftrenér.
