Tým kadetů Favoritu Brno ve složení Štěpán Telecký, Matyáš Muroň, Daniel Vysočan a Šimon Vaníček, získal v Židovicích titul mistrů republiky v týmové časovce! Družstvo juniorů (David Kopelent, Štěpán Široký, Marek Jelínek a Josef Čekal) vybojovalo bronz! Kadeti absolvovali trasu dlouhou 30 km. „Kluci jeli opravdu výborně. Jednoznačným motorem týmu byl Štěpán Telecký, ale přidali se k němu i ostatní. Je to pro ně odměna za tvrdou práci v tréninku,“ řekl šéftrenér Favoritu František Trkal. Junioři jeli časovku na 45 km. „I oni podali velmi dobrý výkon. Měli jsme jeden technický problém, kvůli kterému jsme museli na chvíli zastavit a nějaké vteřiny jsme ztratili. Ale i tak můžeme být spokojeni, umístění na pódiu se počítá,“ uvedl šéftrenér. Úspěchy slavil Favorit i v žákovských kategoriích. V časovce dvojic získali se svými partnery bronzové medaile Alice Mikulášková a Jaroslav Hubáček.
