Martin Stošek vyhrál Velkou cenu Eko Komíny
Ve 13 hodin se na Nový rok na startovní čáru u firmy Eko Komíny v Rokycanech postavila šedesátka sportovců, čítající cyklisty a běžce. Po startu rozjel rychlé tempo Martin Stošek a již před nájezdem do lesa měl náskok před Janem Rajchartem a juniorem Štěpánem Krulou. Martin Stošek si neohroženě dojel pro vítězství. Jak sám uvedl: „Na Silvestra jsem si trať zkusil naostro a věřil jsem si. Před cílem jsem ještě mírně zvolnil, když jsem zjistil, že mám dostatečný náskok a rekord mi již neunikne. Nechtěl jsem si nasadit laťku moc vysoko vzhledem k dalším ročníkům.“ Dosavadní rekord Jana Rajcharta 13:33 zlepšil Stošek na neuvěřitelných 12:54 o skvělých 39 sekund. Zaslouženě si tak vyjel krásnou novoroční prémii 10 000 Kč.
Druhé místo uhájil Jan Rajchart v čase 15:13, třetí byl junior Štěpán Krula za 16:04. Z běžců byl nejrychlejší Milan Hochmut v čase 18:53 před Janem Šnebergrem 19.09 a Romanem Bonkem 19.46. V ženách zvítězila Simona Spěšná MS Bike Academy a nejlepším žákem byl Lukáš Krýsl MS Bike Academy.
